RED FRUIT

Scientific name Pandanus conoideus
Local names Sauk Eken, or tawi 

General Characteristics: Including family pandan. Stems branched, round, woody with a diameter reaching more than 10 cm. Ribbon-shaped leaves, dark green, prickly edges, 5-10 cm wide and 150 cm long. Oval-shaped fruit, red, 5_ diameter of 15 cm, length 150 cm, weight 3-12 kg. Seeds grow attached and neatly arranged pith (such as cork but little fiat), 1 cm long, 0.2 cm in diameter. Root 150 cm high, attached to the stem. 

Chemical Ingredients: Carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, vitamin C, niacin, and water.
